The beaches of the Versilia coast are made up of a low and sandy seaboard which extends from the Gulf of Poets till Torre del Lago, with equipped as well as free beaches. The most popular beaches are those in Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore, long and wide and mostly equipped with bathing facilities.

The most famous pine grove is the Parco della Versiliana, in Marina di Pietrasanta, that in summer hosts a famous festival with a calendar full of events.
