Nestled between the Apuan Alps and the sea, the golf course of the Forte dei Marmi Golf Club offers a landscape of great beauty. From the green the view encompasses the frame of the Apuan Alps, with the Tyrrhenian Sea and the beautiful beaches of Versilia just a few hundred meters away.
Designed by well-known Venetian architect Marco Croze in 1990, and member of the Italian Golf Federation, our golf club has long been known and appreciated all over Italy and counted among the most important golf courses in Tuscany.
Characterized by a lively and varied track, recalling a parkland course thanks to its natural setting particularly lush and wide-ranging, the golf course covers a large area, among thick woods, sand bunkers, stretches of water and large fairways.
At guests’ disposal comfortable changing rooms with showers, large inner parking with about 250 parking spaces, an equipped driving range with 10 covered positions and automatic ball dispenser, golf cars and trucks.
For those who want to try playing golf for the first time or want to improve their golf technique, Maurizio Villa, coach of the golf club, is available to guests for private lessons and to teach the tricks he has learned from Haney Hank, Tiger Woods’ teacher.
